Returns & Refunds

Unopened, sealed products can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Due to consumable-safety regulations, opened supplement containers cannot be returned unless the product is defective or incorrect.

To start a return, contact support with your order number. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items are eligible for a free replacement or full refund — reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
